I weighed in this evening and I lost 4.2 pounds this week! Whoa. I’m uncertain how I’m doing bigger numbers like that after four a few months in the WW program, but I’m happy to have them! Typically I’m shedding just over two pounds weekly and WW recommends losing 1-2 weekly for a wholesome weight reduction. I’m close, so I’m good. If I was consistently losing over 4 pounds every week, then I would have to adjust what to decrease it down.
With that 4.this week 2 pound reduction, I’m only 0.day 2 from my next goal of being in the next decade of weight by Labor! I have one week to reduce 0.2 and I’m confident I can do this. August total reduction is 8 My. 2 pounds and my overall reduction are 41 now.8 pounds! Today This is a quick slide show of me while I began WW and. I posted a slide show of myself within my starting weight, -20, -30, and -40 pounds on the Progress Pictures page at the very top now, too, so go check that out.
It is amazing to me how much of a difference 10 pounds can make! My WW partner acquired a great first week! I’m not going to create about them weekly, but I really do believe -4.6 pounds in the first week is amazing and something to be celebrated! So proud of you! Wish me luck this in a few days to meet my next goal and enter that next decade of weight! I’m excited to be there!
