If someone were to measure motivation, what tool would they use? For instance, for calculating “calories burned” fitness trackers use HEARTRATE Variability and for measuring steps taken an accelerometer can be used. We can even measure stress levels with brain wave recognition devices (using EEG readings) but what I haven’t been able to figure out is what one would use to measure inspiration. Any suggestions or thoughts?
